Notas de Prova: Cor amarelo intenso com ligeiros reflexos esverdeados, no nariz destacam-se os aromas de fruta madura acompanhados por breves notas florais e de citrinos, num fundo subtilmente marcado pela baunilha, na boca é um vinho equilibrado, com uma acidez interessante e um paladar cheio de fruta que revela uma agradável integração com a madeira, o final de boca termina com um comprimento ligeiramente acima da média.

Rótulo: Bodegas Salentein pioneered the development of premium wines in Valle de Uco (Uco Valley). The ideal conditions of the region for grape growing combined with the unique qualities of our estate vineyards located between 1.050 and 1.700 meters high and the benefit of its five different microclimates, result in wines with exceptional characteristics. Variety: 100% Chardonnay (1.300-1.500 meters above sea level). Tasting notes: The wine displays a light yellow color with greenish hues with aromas of apple and lime combined with vanilla and floral hints. In the mouth it is mild, ample and fresh with fruit and citric-mineral notes, combined with honey granted by its ageing in oak barrels for 6 months. Serving Temperature: 14ºC. This wine can be aged for 2-3 years. Our vineyards are planted on the eastern slopes of the Andes at some of the highest elevations on the planet for wine growing. The Valle de Uco's stony soils, excellent sun exposure and pure melt water from mountain snowcaps are ideal for creating this remarkable wine collection.
