Notas de Prova: Apresenta uma cor vermelha intensa e muito concentrada, no nariz dominam os aromas de frutos vermelhos e silvestres aliados a breves notas florais, groselha e ainda alguma tosta e baunilha, na boca é um vinho agradável, com uma interessante estrutura e um paladar rico em fruta madura envolvida em notas de madeira, terminando com um final de boca de comprimento médio/longo.

Rótulo: Bodegas Salentein pioneered the development of premium wines in Valle de Uco (Uco Valley). The ideal conditions of the region for grape growing combined with the unique qualities of our estate vineyards located between 1.050 and 1.700 meters high and the benefit of its five different microclimates, result in wines with exceptional characteristics. Variety: 100% Malbec (1.110-1.300 meters above sea level). Tasting notes: The wine displays an intense purplish red color with aromas of blueberry, redcurrant, violet and vanilla. In the mouth it is silky and enveloping, with very good structure and fruit, combined with tobacco notes granted by its ageing in oak barrels for 12 months. Serving Temperature: 16ºC. This wine can be aged for 6-8 years. Our vineyards are planted on the eastern slopes of the Andes at some of the highest elevations on the planet for wine growing. The Valle de Uco's stony soils, excellent sun exposure and pure melt water from mountain snowcaps are ideal for creating this remarkable wine collection.
